Mira Costa Comedy Sportz hsl is more than a troupe embarrassing themselves in front of an audience, more than a group of people looking for their fix of laughs, more than kids finding a way to express themselves. It's a close knit family that has each other's backs. Comedy Sportz at Mira Costa has been happening since the dawn of time, and has accomplished much throughout its existence. Besides winning multiple awards at the theater competition at Fullerton Junior College for its improv skills, it has managed to keep the locals laughing. Matches take place on Thursdays and Fridays from 7-9, where two teams of four players will perform a multitude of scenes and games to compete for points based on your laughter and applause. Whether you want to be on the team or want to be an audience member, MCHS Comedy Sportz can't wait to see what this year blossoms into.
